the prayer rugs shown below were woven on a jacquard loom
the loom is setup to create four 14-inch wide repeats for a total width of 56 inches, therefore these rugs were cut and sewn
the warp yarn is a solid 60/2 cotton natural warp yarn with 90 epi
woven with 45ppi total using a double-cloth structure with three layers to create an added weight to the rug
weft yarns are all rayon chenille
